Vital Core Physiotherapy is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, friendly, and people-loving individual to join our warm and supportive admin team as a Physiotherapy Receptionist.

This role starts casually, with plenty of opportunity to grow into a permanent part‑time position for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing;

No two days are quite the same, but you’ll be:

- Welcoming patients with a smile (and calm reassurance when they’re stressed or running late).

- Answering phones and helping patients navigate bookings, questions, and the occasional “help!”

- Juggling appointments like a pro.

- Assisting with general admin, reception duties, and light housekeeping.

- Supporting a lively, collaborative team

- Occasionally holding a baby or amusing a toddler (yes, this is a real requirement).

Who We’re Looking For

You might be our person if you:

- Have a positive attitude and genuinely like helping people

- Enjoy problem‑solving and thinking on your feet

- Are reliable, punctual, and presented professionally

- Communicate clearly and confidently (especially over the phone)

- Are comfortable with computers and staying organised

- Can work a mix of mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings

- Are happy to learn and grow in a healthcare environment
