Mature Movers – lower body workout


Physio lead exercise for our active older community. This workout focuses on strengthening exercises for the low back, hips, knees and ankles. As always there are lots of variations given. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes with grip. Make sure you have a clear and open space to exercise.
