Elizabeth Santos (Liz) graduated from University of SA in 2006 and has broad experience across a range of areas including:
- Acute hospital (orthopaedic rehabilitation, women’s health, musculoskeletal),
- Community rehabilitation (falls prevention, osteoporosis and fractures, elective joint replacements) and
- Private practice (musculoskeletal health, back and neck pain, joint pain, arthritis, postural pain and falls and balance)
- Pilates teaching (trained through Dance Medicine Australia (DMA) Victoria.)
In 2009 Liz decided to taker her studies of the human body further with a second bachelor degree in nutrition and naturopathy through Endeavour College of Natural Health (2014). Sessions with Liz leave no stone unturned and look at the bigger picture for your health and wellbeing.
Since having her own son in 2015 Elizabeth has developed a real passion for working with mums and bubs and her continued professional development reflects this with the completion of APA Level 1 Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Pregnancy Massage Certificates in 2017. Liz is also a member of the APA Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health Special Group.
When Liz isn’t working you’ll find her outdoors in the garden, bushwalking with friends and family, at Pilates / Yoga
and adventuring around the Adelaide hills with her husband, little boy and pooch.
