Mummycise with Danae


A 40 minute pregnancy workout with Danae to be done following the seated ball mobilisation with Tory. Mummycise is suitable for all pregnant women at all stages. You will need a Fitball (on carpet or exercise mat so it doesn’t slip), exercise banding or theraband, some weights or water bottles.
