Director

With more than 25 years of clinical experience and extensive postgraduate qualifications in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy and Women’s & Pelvic Health, Beck is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live active, fulfilling lives.
Beck's approach to rehabilitation is collaborative and person‑centred, combining empathy, clear communication, and evidence-based care to support people in achieving meaningful, long‑lasting change.
One of Beck's greatest passions is supporting perimenopausal and menopausal women. This stage of life brings significant hormonal and physical shifts that can influence strength, movement, pelvic health, and overall wellbeing. Beck loves helping women navigate this transition with confidence, whether that means managing pelvic floor symptoms, returning to running, building strength, or simply feeling good in their bodies again. With the right guidance, this can be a chapter of incredible growth, empowerment, and renewed physical capability.
As a lifelong recreational runner (Parkrun through to international marathons and ultramarathons) Beck understands both the joys and the challenges that running brings. She experienced her share of injuries and training setbacks, and she the the realities of balancing sport, work, and family life. This lived experience, paired with her clinical expertise, allows her to connect deeply with Adelaide’s running community and support runners of all levels to train, recover, and perform with confidence.
Beck also treats a broad range of pelvic health conditions, including incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and bowel dysfunction, always with a supportive and compassionate approach.
Another area close to her heart is working with adolescent athletes, especially girls. Adolescence is a pivotal time for building strong movement patterns, preventing injury, and developing a positive relationship with physical activity. Beck loves helping young athletes stay active, confident, and resilient during these important years.
Outside the clinic, Beck is a mum of three high-performing older teenagers, and you’ll often find her courtside cheering them on or proving physio services to their team. However whenever she get's the chance, she is out running the trails and roads of Adelaide or in the gym keeping her own body strong.
